How can I sign up for emails or unsubscribe from my current email subscription?

To subscribe to emails, simply use the sign-up form found in the footer at the bottom of the page. If you'd like to unsubscribe, just click the "Unsubscribe" link included in any of our emails.

Orders

I accidentally used the wrong address for my order. What should I do?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Finest Skins cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake in your address before your order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@finestskins.com.

Do you allow order cancellations?

Yes. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Contact us at hello@finestskins.com and return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs may apply unless stated otherwise. If you contact us before the order is shipped, it can also be cancelled and refunded immediately.

What should I do if I haven’t received an order confirmation?

Due to high demand, order confirmations may take up to 24 hours to be sent. If you haven't received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us here.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please sign in to your account to view your order status. If you don’t have an account, you can use the ‘Track Order’ link in your order confirmation email. Enter your tracking number, and follow your package.

Shipping and Returns

From which location was my shipment dispatched?

Orders are processed and shipped from Belgium.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only deliver to European countries. Please note that shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping depends on your location. For Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg free delivery is available on orders over €59.99. For the rest of Europe, free delivery applies on orders over €69.99. Add items to your cart to see the exact threshold for your location.

Can I select a pickup point?

Yes, pickup point delivery is available in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Luxembourg. If the option is available during checkout, simply choose Pickup Point . You'll be able to select your preferred pickup location after completing your payment.

When can I expect to receive my order?

  • Belgium and Neighboring countries (NL, FR, LU, DE, AT): ~2–4 business days
  • Other EU countries: ~3–6 business days

Orders are usually shipped the same or next business day. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, or local postal services.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped to follow your package.

Will i need to pay import taxes?

When you're ordering from a European country, you won't have to pay import taxes since Finest Skins is based in Europe.

Is it possible to return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days. Our full return policy is available here.

I have opened my product, can I still return my order?

For hygiene reasons, only unopened cosmetic products can be returned. Items must remain unused and in their original condition and packaging. Once a product has been opened, it cannot be accepted for return.

What is the process for returning my order?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select the items you wish to return and submit a return request.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions or a shipping label.
  4. After we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed.

Note: Refund and Return shipping costs are only covered if the item is defective, incorrect, or not in conformity with the order. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Is it possible to return my order after 14 days?

Our return policy is valid for 14 days; after this period, returns are no longer accepted.

I received damaged goods. How can I resolve this?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@finestskins.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will either:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Refund the full purchase price if replacement is not possible.

Return shipping for damaged or defective products is free of charge, and we will process refunds or replacements as quickly as possible, usually within 14 days.

I received the wrong items in my order. What steps should I take?

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@finestskins.com with your order number and photos of the product.

We will either:

  • Send you the correct product, or
  • Refund your full purchase price if the correct product cannot be provided.

Returning the wrong product is free of charge, and we will process refunds or replacements as quickly as possible, usually within 14 days.
