Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order of cosmetic products within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with Belgian consumer law.

Important: For hygienic and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetic products that have been opened. Only unopened products in their original packaging can be returned.

Refunds and Return Shipping Costs

We will issue a refund and cover return shipping costs only if the delivered product is incorrect, defective, or does not conform to the order. In such cases, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase and will be processed within 14 days after confirmation of the return.

In all other cases, including returns made under the right of withdrawal where the product is correct and conforms to the order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If your product is defective, please contact us at hello@finestskins.com for instructions on how to return it for a replacement.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select the items you wish to return and submit a return request.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions or a shipping label.
  4. After we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed.

Note: Refund and Return shipping costs are only covered if the item is defective, incorrect, or not in conformity with the order. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
