Consumers may also submit complaints through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

3. Age Requirement:

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Minors may only make purchases with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Products and Services:

Products are presented as accurately as possible, including images and descriptions. Minor color variations may occur due to monitor settings.

Certain products may have limited stock. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

Prices are provided as accurately as possible. In case of pricing errors, we will contact the customer before shipping the order.

5. Orders, Payment, and Delivery:

Payment must be made using the methods available on the website.

Delivery will be made to the provided address. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account and delivery information.

6. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers):

In accordance with Belgian law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason:

For hygienic and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been opened, used, tested, or unsealed after delivery.


The 14-day period starts from the day the product is received.

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@finestskins.com and return the product in its original condition.

Return shipping costs may, unless otherwise stated, be borne by the consumer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

7. Warranty:

Belgian consumers have a statutory warranty of 2 years for products that are not in conformity with the contract.

Commercial warranties may apply but do not limit statutory consumer rights.

8. Liability:

We are liable for damages to consumers in accordance with Belgian law.

We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits unless legally required.

For professional customers, liability limitations may apply but never override consumer rights.

9. Privacy and Data Protection:

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Purpose of processing: order management, customer service, marketing (with explicit consent), website improvement.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, transfer, or object to the processing of your data.

10. Marketing and SMS Communication:
